Hawaii Teacher Standards Board Standards School Counselor and Librarian Working Portfolio Rubrics
As a school counselor or school librarian, non-classroom teachers have the choice to use the Hawaii Adapted Framework for Counselor or Librarian rubrics (which are listed above) OR the Hawaii Teacher Standard Board Standards for School Counselors or Librarians (which are listed below). The following rubrics are for school counselors or librarians who choose to choose their components from the Hawaii State Teacher Standards Board Standards.

"Other" Working Portfolio Rubric Option
Non-classroom teachers who have multiple job responsibilities that are not captured by a single framework may choose to create their own Working Portfolio Rubrics. The directions and template for writing an individual Working Portfolio rubric below. Please see EES Manual p. 20 for criteria and considerations for choosing this option.
